ACIDDAR provides its partners with a complete and integrated range of metal fabrication services, supported by a state-of-the-art equipment fleet. A central component of our activity is laser cutting, one of the most efficient cutting methods. We have high-performance equipment, featuring a 3000 x 1500 mm table and a power of 3KW. This technology, which includes automatic calibration, allows us to cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass with millimeter accuracy, exclusively based on technical drawings (DXF/DWG format) provided by clients or created by us.
Beyond sheet metal processing, our welding department, consisting of specially trained professionals, uses advanced MIG-MAG and TIG-WIG technologies to create complex welded mechanical assemblies. To strictly comply with the required dimensions and tolerances, we initially manufacture dedicated welding fixtures for each assembly.
We complete the technological flow with bending and rolling operations. Bending is performed on a MVD 3000-4T Abkant press brake, capable of processing parts with a maximum length of 3000 mm and thicknesses of up to 20-25 mm, depending on the specific configuration of the part. We also have conventional and CNC equipment for complete mechanical processing, which hold no secrets for our team: saw for angled or straight cutting, universal lathe, vertical milling machine, and radial drilling machine.
Due to the diversity of our machinery and the experience accumulated over the years, we manufacture series parts and unique pieces for highly demanding industrial sectors: automotive, agricultural, agri-food, oil, and transport. All processes comply with the ISO 9001 quality management standard. Also, all our projects benefit from a minimum 2-year warranty.
